Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer Air Fryer 10.4L -2470W

The Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer Air Fryer (Model: AF500EUSD) is one of Ninja’s largest and most versatile air fryers. It features a removable divider, allowing you to easily switch between two independent cooking compartments and one single, extra-large cooking zone. Here is an overview of its key features and functions: Key Specifications Total capacity: 10.4 liters Versatility (FlexDrawer): Can be divided into 2 independent cooking zones (approximately 5.2 L each) or combined into a single 10.4 L "MegaZone." Power: 2,470 W Temperature range: 40°C to 240°C Color: Stone Grey with gold/bronze accents. 7 Cooking Modes The AF500EUSD offers seven customizable programs, accessible via its digital control panel: Air Fry: For cooking with little to no oil (up to 75% less fat compared to traditional deep-frying). Max Crisp: Uses ultra-fast airflow (up to 240°C)—ideal for making frozen foods extra crispy. Roast: Perfect for roasting whole chickens, meats, or vegetables. Bake: Ideal for cakes, breads, pastries, and tarts. Reheat: Restores crispiness to leftovers, avoiding the sogginess often caused by a microwave. Dehydrate: For drying fruits, making beef jerky, or drying herbs. Prove: Creates the ideal environment for letting bread or brioche dough rise. Key Features Smart Synchronization (Smart Finish / Match Cook): In dual-zone mode, you can program two different cooking processes (with varying temperatures or times) so that they finish at exactly the same time. MegaZone: By removing the divider, you gain a massive cooking space capable of accommodating large items that wouldn't fit in standard dual-basket air fryers (such as a large leg of lamb, a whole free-range chicken, or large family-sized dishes). Easy Cleaning: The large drawer, the divider, and the crisper plates all feature a non-stick coating and are dishwasher-safe.
