Purpose
These general terms of sale govern all contractual relationships between ALPHA Signature and its customers. By placing an order, you fully accept these conditions.
Orders
Any order placed on our site implies full acceptance of our conditions. Our team contacts you by phone within 2 hours of your order to confirm availability and delivery address.
Prices and payment
Prices indicated are in Algerian Dinars (DZD) all taxes included. Payment is made exclusively on delivery, in cash, to the delivery person. No online payment is required.
Delivery
We deliver to all 58 wilayas of Algeria within 24h to 72h depending on the wilaya. Delivery fees start at 400 DZD, free from 30,000 DZD of purchase.
Returns and warranty
You have 7 days after receipt to report a defect. Returns are handled by us in case of proven product defect.
