Smeg 7L 1450W Air Fryer

The Smeg AFC01 is Smeg's 7-liter air fryer. It stands out for its modern design with a matte finish, its top-loading opening, and its steam-assisted cooking system, which combines the crispiness of hot air with the ability to keep food moist and tender. Two cooking modes: Crispy: Traditional hot-air frying for browning and crispiness. Moist + Crispy: Controlled steam injection via the 60 ml water tank during cooking. Ideal for keeping meat, poultry, and pastries tender on the inside while browning the outside. Ergonomics and design: Top-opening lid, silicone side handles, and a large transparent window with interior lighting to monitor cooking. Maintenance: Removable basket and rack are dishwasher-safe.
