De'Longhi EC5 compact steam coffee machine

The De'Longhi EC5 (or EC5.1) is a compact, entry-level steam-based coffee machine designed for easily preparing espressos and milk-based drinks, such as cappuccinos, at home. Unlike espresso machines equipped with a high-pressure pump (15 bar), the EC5 operates using a steam boiler system at 3.5 bar of pressure, brewing the coffee directly into a heat-resistant glass carafe. Strength selector (Vario System): Allows you to adjust the coffee strength (from mild to strong) according to your preference. Cappuccino System: Blends steam, air, and milk to create a creamy foam for your cappuccinos and lattes. Safety cap: Prevents the water reservoir from being opened accidentally while the appliance is under pressure. 2-cup adapter: Allows coffee to be dispensed directly into two separate espresso cups instead of into the carafe. Removable drip tray: Makes cleaning up after preparing coffee or milk-based drinks easy.
